Cancellation and Refund policy of the company:

• A deposit payment, is equal  to 20% of the total accommodation fee, is required to confirm a reservation.If you cancel your reservation 15 days or less before the check-in date, the deposit payment will not be refunded.
• If you do not cancel your reservation and do not check in to the villa, the deposit payment will not be refunded.
• If the company cancels the reservation for any reason, they will notify the customer as soon as possible and refund the payment
